What’s your fortune?

After a full on day of learning we freshened up at the hotel, before heading out to dinner at a local Italian cafe. 

We enjoyed a great meal while discussing our busy days and breakouts.

At the end of dinner, we each had a fortune cookie.  Below are our fortunes;

Mel – Your heart is your compass.

Andy – Be confident in the realisation of your own happiness.

Keri – Someone is speaking well of you.

After organizing ourselves and classes, we eagerly jumped into Keri’s car to go to Rotorua, excited about collaborating and sharing with fellow educational professionals from around NZ and the world.

Our drive down was filled with interesting commentary for Andrew who has hardly been south of the Bombay’s.

We had to stop for a photo at the famous Huntly Power Station.

The fun didn’t stop there.  Once we arrived in Rotorua, we found Andrew had been upgraded to, wait for it, a King Suite.  He had a living room, kitchen, walk-in wardrobe, bedroom, bathroom and a separate spa bath room.  He private veranda over looked the race course.
